April's Fresh Pasta Dinner is here
As we like to make our ingredients from scratch, we're making fresh pasta this month!
Light, but rich flour and egg pastas will take various forms... Also, we will create an herb-y, creamy dressing for veggies and greens-The Green Goddess... Aaaand April's been asking about corn chowder!
Oh, and we have a friend, guest chef, and drinkmaker in-house from the East - Heather Merrill! She'll be slinging special libations for the crowd (and maybe an extra treat).
