Best of 2016 dinners

Hey Everybody!  Here is our very first ticketed event!  OMG.  6 courses and a drink!  and yes, there will be Kimchi sauce!  These are some of our favorite bites we cooked for the dinner parties in 2016- all rolled together in a night of tasting bites.

Menu items will include

The pork belly lettuce wrap- so many layers to this small app, it became a main dish by itself.

Shrimp Salad and Corn Dog- one of our favorite fried courses based on a recipe from Marcus Samuelson.

Green beans and goat cheese with prosciutto and hot mustard- This wonderful combo is a delicious small bite that compliments the drink.

the ice cream cookie sandwich-  Fresh cookies, fresh ice cream.  Rolled in chocolate bits.  Sublime in its simplicity
